Cancer support ministry
Please join Minister Enzie Washington and wife Yvonne as they embark on a new chapter in their lives, a Cancer support Ministry.
The Cancer Support Ministry (F.O.C.U.S.) meets the fourth Saturday of the month at 1PM.
Join us at the YMCA Family Center 9355 S.W. 134 Street Miami, Florida.
Their Testimony:
As cancer survivors we believe that God has called us to this ministry to inspire with courage, spirit, faith and hope.
The goal of living a life of faith is never to go against God, but to go with Him. Nine years ago my husband Minister Enzie Washington was diagnosed with Clear Cell Carcinoma throat cancer and was given three months to live and Glory be to God he’s alive today. Four years later I was diagnosed with stage 1 Breast Cancer.
... We cannot deliver ourselves from a crisis that God himself has allowed. Too often it’s by his design that we are in the “waiting place” … This was a very difficult time for both of us and we found ourselves in this waiting place, and it’s the waiting place that test our faith and strengthens us so that we have a testimony that says, “My God is faithful. “
The cancer support ministry meets the fourth Saturday of each month. For additional information regarding the ministry please feel free to contact Minister Enzie Washington or wife Yvonne at 305-297-8374 or 305-281-0199.
