Greetings from Community Bible Baptist Church’s Cancer Ministry!  Our Ministry offers support to the community for people of all ages who have been affected in some way by cancer.  We offer support groups; donate toys at Christmas time for the children at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital; and provide resources to the community to make them aware of the many types of cancers.

This year we will be hosting our first Women’s Afternoon Tea on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Community Bible Baptist Church with an expected attendance of 200+ women. The theme is, “Thou Art Loved”.  And our mission is to unite and empower women to love themselves and strive to live happy and healthier lives.  We have a lofty goal of raising $5,000.00 in order to assist non-profit organizations that are dedicated to improving the lives of women stricken with cancer and to help defray the expenses of the event, resources, and presenters.

Without your assistance and sponsorship, we won’t be able to reach that goal.  In order to continue serving our community, we need your help.

• One reserved event table for your organization (up to ten guests)
• Premier inclusion on all of our advertising and printed material, flyers, program keepsake, etc.
• 10-15 minutes of speaking time at the event (great opportunity to promote your organization)
• Designated area to distribute company’s marketing merchandise and connect with attendees

$250.00 Silver Table Sponsor

• One reserved event table for your organization (up to ten guest)
• Premier inclusion on all of our advertising and printed material, flyers, program keepsake, etc.

$25 Participant Chair

• One reserved chair  at a decorated table, inclusive of refreshments, keepsakes, and empowerment service
